The Programme
What is Leadership Coaching?
Leadership coaching is a structured, one-on-one professional relationship in which a skilled coach helps a leader examine their current reality, identify their goals, and develop new thinking patterns and behaviors that drive exceptional results.
At Forest Harbor Hall, our leadership coaching is not a generic process. Every engagement begins with a comprehensive discovery conversation and, where appropriate, a 360-degree feedback process involving the leader's peers, direct reports, and line managers. This gives us a complete picture of where the leader stands — and where they want to go.
Our coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and bring deep experience from Uganda's corporate, NGO, and public sector environments. Sessions are typically held fortnightly, are 90 minutes in duration, and are available in-person at our Kampala office or virtually.
Engagement durations range from 3-month intensive programmes to 12-month comprehensive leadership transformation journeys, depending on the goals and context of each client.

How We Work
The Coaching Journey
Discovery Call
A complimentary 30-minute conversation to understand your goals, context, and readiness for coaching — and to ensure the right coach match.
Assessment
Comprehensive leadership assessment using validated tools — including 360-degree feedback, DiSC, and leadership style inventories — to create a rich starting point.
Goal Setting
We work with you to define 3–5 clear, meaningful coaching goals with specific outcomes. These goals guide every session and are reviewed regularly.
Coaching Sessions
Fortnightly 90-minute sessions using the HARBOR Framework, with between-session assignments, reflections, and accountability support.
Mid-Point Review
A structured halfway review to assess progress against goals, recalibrate where needed, and celebrate early wins that signal deeper transformation.
Closing & Future Planning
A final session to consolidate learning, acknowledge growth, and create a self-coaching plan that ensures development continues beyond the formal engagement.
Progress Reporting
For organizational sponsors, we provide structured, confidential progress reports showing measurable development against agreed competency frameworks.
Alumni Support
All coaching graduates join the FHH Alumni Network, gaining access to peer learning sessions, topical masterclasses, and optional continued coaching at alumni rates.
