Coaching engagement durations vary based on the goals, context, and programme chosen. Our standard packages range from 3 months (Foundation — 6 sessions) to 12 months (Executive Journey — 24 sessions). The most popular programme is our 6-month Transformation package with 12 sessions.

For team workshops and group programmes, we offer single-day intensives, multi-day retreats, and ongoing monthly engagements. We will always recommend the duration that genuinely fits your goals, not the longest option.

Yes, absolutely. We offer fully virtual coaching sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams — whichever platform you prefer. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions and are available for all our individual coaching programmes.

For team workshops, we generally prefer in-person delivery for maximum impact, but we do offer hybrid and fully virtual team facilitation for organizations where in-person is not feasible. We have delivered virtual workshops to teams across Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and beyond.

We work across virtually all sectors. Yes. We have extensive experience working with large corporate teams, including organizations where we have run programmes for 100+ managers simultaneously. For large-scale programmes, we build a dedicated delivery team of our coaches, with a single engagement manager as your primary point of contact.

We have delivered corporate-wide leadership programmes for banks, telecommunications companies, and government ministries with hundreds of participants. The HARBOR Framework (Harmony, Assessment, Roadmap, Build, Optimize, Reflect) was developed by our team specifically for the East African professional context. Unlike imported frameworks that assume Western organizational cultures, HARBOR was built with a deep understanding of Ugandan business realities — including the role of community and family in professional life, hierarchical dynamics, and the specific leadership challenges of the East African marketplace.

Yes. All Forest Harbor Hall coaches hold internationally recognized coaching credentials. Our coaches are certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at ACC or PCC level, and many hold additional specialist certifications in areas including DiSC, Hogan Assessments, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), and Positive Psychology coaching.

In addition to formal certifications, our coaches bring real-world professional experience from Uganda's corporate, government, and civil society sectors — ensuring that our coaching is not just theoretically sound but practically grounded in the East African context.

Yes. While our office is based in Kampala, we regularly work with clients across Uganda — including Jinja, Entebbe, Mbarara, Gulu, Arua, and Fort Portal — as well as in Kenya, Rwanda, and Tanzania. For in-person engagements outside Kampala, travel and accommodation costs are incorporated into programme pricing.

We also offer virtual coaching and facilitation for clients anywhere in the world. Many of our clients are Ugandan diaspora professionals or multinational executives who participate in our coaching programmes fully online.
